I ASKED YOU WHY PEOPLE DON'T SPEAK WITH ME ON THE INTERNET AND YOU SUGGESTED MEDITATION. BUT I ALREADY DO TAI CHI AND BEAR KUNG FU. DO YOU HAVE MORE BASIC ADVICE.?
