Going: misfortune. No fault.
The fourth line:
Progress is gradual.
Distressed in a metal car.
Regret will end.
The sixth line:
Distressed by vines and creepers.
With anxious speech and acts, one repents.
Repent and go forward to fortune.

Behold! The hands have been washed,
but the offering has not yet been made.
Be sincere and dignified in appearance.

A lake without water:
distress. The noble one
devotes her life
to fulfill her will.

The wind moving above
the earth: beholding.
The ancient kings
inspected the provinces
and territories to establish
the right teachings.
