Read a record of the questions asked of I Ching, read the response, and read the comments of others

I have talked to Mike on several different occasions and he will not respect the fact that I need to sleep in fact he deliberately wakes me up three times every night? And hes been doing it for sixty days now and he is not going to change. So what changes can I make for me?
and received a response of:
4 Youth
The Statement of the first hexagram
A youth must be steadfast.
I do not seek the naive youth.
The naive youth seeks me.
At the first divination, I explain,
but after three times, it is irritating.
Annoyed, I explain no further.
Nevertheless, a gainful omen.
The changing lines
The first line:
While penalties are useful to illuminate
the naive youth, take off the fetters-
to go too far leads to sorrow.
The fifth line:
An innocent and naive youth:
fortunate.
The sixth line:
Nothing is gained by beating a youth.
That is the way to treat raiders.
We gain by preventing misdeeds.
60 Regulation
The Statement of the second hexagram
Regulation. Be pervasive.
One cannot be morally pure
through suffering and trial.
The Image of the first hexagram
A spring gushes
below a mountain:
the naive youth.
The noble one nourishes virtue
with determination.
The Image of the second hexagram
Water above the lake:
regulation. The noble one
regulates number and
measure and discusses
virtuous conduct.
