mountain: great restraint.
The noble one
frequently studies
the words and prophesies
of the past, and thereby
nourishes virtue.
The Image of the second hexagram
Thunder below the mountain: nourishing.
The noble one is
careful in speech
and temperate
while eating and drinking.
