The second line:
Stilling one's calves.
One cannot raise one's followers.
One's heart is unhappy.
The fourth line:
Stilling his trunk.
No fault.
The fifth line:
Stilling his jaws.
Speech is orderly.
Regrets vanish.
The sixth line:
Deep and honest stillness.
Fortunate.
28 Great Excess
The Statement of the second hexagram
The ridgepole sags.
Gain by having a place to go.
Continue.
The Image of the first hexagram
Doubled mountains:
stillness.
The noble one
does not consider matters
beyond his position.
The Image of the second hexagram

the trees: great excess.

without fear,
and can withdraw
from the world
without sorrow.
