when is the best date in 2020 before i am 1 year in indonesia to go back to usa, so I can get paid for my work, and so i can get full fellowships and scholarships for my phd combined with jd or md or both to start in aug or sep 2020 for 3-5 years to be completed in usa ivy leagues, and for me to get paid while studying phd in usa ivy leagues?
