is it safe for me to go back to usa in jan 2020 without waiting until aug 2020?, so i can get paid for my work and get full fellowships and scholarships from ivy leagues in usa for my phd maybe combine with jd or md or both to start in aug 2020 in usa to complete within 5 years.?
