i wanna know if it is better and safe for me to be in us again starting jan 2020 without having to postpone until aug 2020?, so i can get paid for my work and get full fellowships and scholarships from ivy leagues in usa for my phd maybe combine with jd or md or both to start in aug 2020 in usa.?
