Constancy is to continue

without fault.

Gain through purity.

Dredging for constancy.

The second line:
Regrets vanish.
The third line:
Inconstant in conduct:

one may be disgraced.

Persist and there will be remorse.
The fourth line:
No game in the field.

Constant in virtue.
